GWA's work is informed by a proprietary database of over 4,000 research papers, case studies, and other documents. They have created ROI models for wellness and well-being, employee engagement, workplace flexibility, and more; one was recently recommended by the U.S. General Accountability Office for use throughout government. GWA's work has been cited by hundreds of publications including the Harvard Business Review, the Wall Street Journal, and many more.
Kate has co-authored of four business books (the most recent on the ROI of Well-Being), countless articles, and dozens of white papers. She is a frequent speaker at real estate, wellness, and HR conferences.
