Biography
Robyn is a client focused, results oriented Workplace strategy and research leader with 30 years of experience developing effective workplace, change and engagement strategies. A senior consultant connecting the impacts of the workplace on employee and organizational effectiveness, Robyn brings a broad range of knowledge and expertise to local and global
organizations across various industries. In addition to leading HOK Canada’s Consulting Team, Robyn leads
the HOK Global Change Management practice, providing leadership to a global team, guiding ongoing practice development, while continuous improvement of HOK’s Change Management methodology and toolkit. Robyn speaks at university, business and design events on generations at work, workplace culture and space, alternative work strategies, and the case for a strategic workplace. She is also the Education Co-chair and a member of the Leadership Committee for CoreNet Global's Calgary Chapter.
