If you are trying to convince constituents to fork over the money for a new workplace project, establish goals, or measure results, this session is for you. The principles are simple. Once you understand them, you can apply them to all sorts of projects. This session will provide the audience with a way to: 1) Quantify the impact of productivity (yes, contrary to what you've heard, you can measure it), efficiency, turnover, absenteeism, employee health, technology upgrades, and more 2) Set project goals and measure results 3) Determine which strategies are likely to deliver the biggest bang for the buck.
