Are you looking for ways to minimize the perceived pain and maximize the bright side of a workplace change? Practicing workplace strategists will share experiences from the field managing workplace change, in particular: understanding the true size and impact of a project, creating the ideal workplace change support team, engagement/communication plans, and overall best practices to ensure leadership support and alignment. Built upon actual workplace change project implementations, this panel session will share lessons learned by each and provide opportunities for discussion with the audience with an interactive Q&A period.
