Booth Fees: Build your booth in increments of 10x10 (3mx3m):

  • 10x10: US$2,350
  • 10x20: US$4,700
  • 20x20: US$9,400

Corner booths are an additional US$100 per corner. IFMA Corporate Sustaining Partners receive a 10% discount.

Each booth comes standard with the following:

  • 3 booth staff registrations: Expo ONLY Tuesday, April 4; Expo & Conference Sessions Wednesday, April 5 
  • 1 full conference registration (with booth staff privileges)
  • Pipe and drape (8' back wall, 3' side walls) and ID sign (7"x44")
  • Carpeted space (additional carpeting not require but recommended to set your booth apart)

Additional booth services (estimations only for budgeting considerations, actual cost may differ):

  • Electrical/Power: $110 (standard 120v, 5 amp) if ordered by March 24, 2017
  • Wireless Internet Services: $1,000 (Up to 10 concurrent devices) if ordered by March 24, 2017
  • Carpet (not required but sets your booth apart from the patterned ballroom carpet): $305 (10x10) or $179 (9x10 - perfect if you're using a pop-up)
  • 6’ skirted table: $170
  • Armless side chair: $75
  • Lead Retrieval: $250-$425 / $300-$475

Booth Fees:

50% deposit of the total due is required within 30 days to secure your booth space.  

Payment in full for booths secured in advance to be received by November 1, 2016, to avoid booth space cancelation.

After November 1, full payment must be made to secure your booth; it may be remitted via credit card, ACH (wire) or check.

IFMA Facility Fusion 2017 Cancelation/Refund Policy:

Refunds will NOT be given for no-shows after the event.

  • Includes scheduled activities in the Hub as well as a Snack Break Area

Exhibitor Move-In:

Monday, April 3: 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Tuesday, April 4: 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Wednesday, April 5: 12:45 p.m. - 5 p.m.


IFMA Facility Fusion 2017 Cancelation/Refund Policy:

Full refunds will be granted for cancelations received in writing prior to Nov. 1, 2016.

Refunds will NOT be granted after Nov. 1, 2016.

  • 1 complimentary conference registration (with booth staff privileges)

Other exhibitor services you may need include:

  • Electricity
  • Internet/AV
  • Lead Retrieval (highly recommended for scanning attendee badges)
  • Freight/Labor
  • Other (refer to online exhibitor's kit for more services)

Booths will comply with the International Association for Exhibition Management booth standards. All display materials including, but not limited to: show cases, display and storage units, electrical fixtures, wires, conduits, signs, etc., will not exceed a maximum booth height of 8 feet for inline booths.

Inline booth space usage: Display materials should be arranged in such a manner so as not to obstruct sight lines of neighboring exhibitors. The maximum height of 8 feet is allowed only in the rear half of the booth space, with a 4-foot height restriction imposed on all materials in the remaining space forward to the aisle. 

Please also review the Exhibitor Contract/Terms & Conditions carefully as it contains important information regarding booth staffing, booth decoration, exhibitor appointed contractors, security, etc.

 


The exhibit space is carpeted .

You many choose to add carpet which will make your booth stand out.

With The Hub, the Facility Fusion expo has become an immersive networking experience. 

Attendees want to build relationships. They want to meet suppliers they can call on. That’s why they attend.

The Hub is a designated area of the expo floor that focuses on attendee engagement, which includes several ways for the attendees to engage: the Career Resource Center (with IFMA mentors and HR reps); head shot photos; member “meet-up” area for board position and committee meet-ups (for peer-to-peer interaction); and a camp fire chats (45 minute presentations/demonstrations).

Exhibitors at IFMA Facility Fusion will receive an attendee list, both before and after the show. 

PRE: the list will be available no later than March 21.

POST: the list will be available no later than April 13th.

This list of attendees does not include emails or phone number, but will include the following details:

  • Company name
  • First name, last name
  • Title
  • Mailing Address
 
This list DOES NOT include the following details:
  • Phone
  • Fax
  • Email
To obtain all of the attendees' contact information, IFMA Show Management encourages you to use a lead retrieval system to scan the attendee badges. By allowing you to scan their badges, the attendees are giving you permission to contact them. Your lead retrieval report will include all of the contact information provided to IFMA with the attendees' registrations.
 
Consider securing a Prize Card Sponsorship so your company will be included in the list of booths the attendees have to visit (similar to bingo) in order to be eligible to enter into the prize drawing held the last day.
