Each booth package includes:
  • Pipe and drape back wall is 8' high with 3' side walls
  • One (1) complimentary conference registration (includes booth staff privileges)
  • Three (3) booth staff
  • Attendee mail list (no emails/phone/fax) pre and post
  • Company description with company logo: online listing

Expo Move-in/Move-out:
Move-in: Monday, April 19 (1 p.m. - 5 p.m.) and Tuesday, April 20 (8 a.m. - 1 p.m.)
Move-out: Wednesday, April 21 (1:31 p.m. - 5 p.m.)


Expo Hours:
Tuesday, April 20:
2:30 p.m. - 6 p.m. (Exhibits & Welcome Reception)

Wednesday, April 21: 10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (Exhibits & Lunch)
 

PAYMENT TERMS: A 50% deposit is required within 30 days of submitting your contract. Full payment is required by December 1, 2020. Booths secured after December 1, 2020 require payment in full. Failure to meet these payment terms will result in your booth space being released and loss of priority point for next year’s booth selection process. Payment may be remitted via credit card, ACH (wire) or check.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations will be honored only when presented in writing before Dec. 1, 2020. After that date, the exhibitor is responsible for payment of all invoiced fees.  All payments made to IFMA after Dec. 1, 2020, are not refundable. Any booth secured after Dec. 1, 2020 is not eligible for a refund should the exhibitor cancel out of the show. IFMA reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time if it learns that the exhibitor has made any material false or misleading statements, has omitted any material information in obtaining this contract, or has violated any of the terms and conditions of this agreement. No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation by IFMA. Cancelled exhibitors will lose priority points for the next year’s show booth selection process.

INSURANCE: Exhibitors and their Appointed Contractors shall obtain adequate insurance against loss, damage or destruction of property, no less than $1 million (U.S.) comprehensive general liability insurance, including a broad form endorsement and will waive subrogation against IFMA, building owners or their representatives. The Exhibitor shall name IFMA and the event venue on their insurance and provide IFMA with a copy.
