Welcome!

IFMA’s Facility Fusion® 2027 Conference and Expo

27–29 April 2027 | Hilton New Orleans Riverside | New Orleans, LA

Facility Fusion is evolving — built to explore the technologies, innovations, and leadership strategies redefining facility management and the built environment. We're looking for speakers with practical lessons and sharp, forward-thinking perspectives — case studies, emerging trends, leadership experiences — that give attendees takeaways they can put to work immediately.

Deadline: Wednesday, 30 September 2026, 11:59 p.m. CT

Sessions must be new (not previously presented before Facility Fusion 2027) and tackle what matters most in FM right now — AI, data management, operational technology and cybersecurity, change management, sustainability, and the future of the workplace. Sessions presented elsewhere before Facility Fusion 2027 will be canceled.

Bring a proven solution or a bold idea that pushes the field forward. Either way, we want to hear it.

Strategic Pillars

Abstracts should align with one of Facility Fusion's three strategic pillars:

Innovation The technologies, products, and ideas shaping FM's future: AI, smart buildings, automation, IoT, digital twins, workplace technology, PropTech, robotics, predictive maintenance, and emerging operating models. Helps FM professionals understand emerging technologies and identify solutions with real operational and strategic value.

DirectionHelping FM leaders implement and scale technology: digital transformation, leadership, technology roadmaps, investment decisions, change management, data maturity, procurement, building internal capabilities, and C-suite engagement. Equips leaders with the strategy and skills to turn technology into measurable business outcomes.

ResilienceThe secure, ethical, and sustainable use of technology: cybersecurity for OT and smart buildings, AI ethics, data privacy and ownership, technology governance, responsible automation, data center impacts, and environmental sustainability. Ensures technology adoption strengthens resilience while supporting security, ethics, and sustainability.

Why Present?
  • Build credibility with an influential audience of FM leaders and decision-makers
  • Sharpen your own expertise as you prepare
