Booth Space Fees:
US$3600 per 10x10. Aisle corners are $150 each, if applicable. IFMA Corporate Sustaining Partners (CSP) receive a 10% discount on total booth fees.
The submission of this form is not a contract until and unless accepted by IFMA. Acceptance of this application by IFMA constitutes a binding contract between the named company and IFMA. The space will be officially secured once two requirements have been met: 1) a signed copy of the Terms & Conditions form has been received and 2) payment has been remitted.
Before your booth selection will be approved, a 50% deposit is required. Full payment is required no later than March 31, 2017. Failure to meet these payment terms will result in your booth space or sponsorship being released. Payment may be remitted via credit card, ACH (wire) or check*.
IFMA's World Workplace 2017 Cancelation/Refund Policy:
Cancellations or reductions in booth space must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be provided for cancellations or changes submitted by March 31, 2017. Refunds will not be granted after March 31, 2017. Refunds will not be given for no-shows after the event. Any booth secured after March 31, 2017 must be paid in full to be secured and is not eligible for a refund should the exhibitor cancel out of the show.
All exhibitors must provide carpet/floor covering in their booth.
