Change management implementation is a craft and a skill for the FM tool box that is honed with experience, practiced implementation, strategic marketing and strategic communication. Communication is the key in to change management success. Communicating correctly for the organizations culture, communicating to the right people, communicating in the best format for the topic and audience but most of all receiving communications from the stakeholders are all critical. Alana Dunoff and Lesley Groff will lead the attendees thru sharing strategies for actual change management implementation. They will bring over 50 years combined experience of implementing change management in various projects and organizations. They will discuss in an interactive presentation implementing change management projects as well as in organizational structure changes.
