It used to be that our challenges were in developing a single strategy to deploy client facing FM Technologies in the workplace. We have evolved and learned that we need optional methods of interaction with client facing technologies based both on generational preferences as well as sophistication levels of individual users. Furthermore, with the increasing mobile workforce equipped with a wide array of devices, we also need to consider the contrast between device designs meeting the business goals and offering choice of device to the individual users. The decision parameters are further complicated by the need for high adoption levels by FM Professionals and their direct teams as well as their respective Vendor/Partner Communities. This moderated session will feature a panel of FM and technology subject matter experts from across North America in a discussion and debate. The dialogue will range across a series of topics important for FM today and critical for tomorrow, including leadership, cross-training, skill building, recruitment and the role of technology.
