We constantly hear you can't quantify the impact of workplace change. This session will not only prove that wrong, it will engage the participants themselves in brainstorming qualitative and quantitative measures of the impact of workplace change on productivity, absenteeism, collaboration, attraction, retention, innovation, and more. Setting goals around those measures will also be discussed.
