Booth Space Fees:
US$3800 per 10x10. Aisle corners are $150 each, if applicable. IFMA's Corporate Sustaining Partners (CSP) receive a 10% discount on total booth fees.
Full payment is due within 30 days of submitting your booth application. After September 1, full payment is required at the time of application.
As of March 29th, there will be no refunds for cancellations or reductions in participation. Refunds will not be given for no-shows after the event. Any booth application submitted after March 29, 2019 must be paid in full to be secured and is not eligible for a refund should the exhibitor cancel out of the show.
Monday, Oct. 14 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 15 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (all exhibits must be completely set up by Oct. 5 at 5 p.m.)
Wednesday, Oct. 16 11:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 17 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 17 1:30 p.m. – 10 p.m. (anything left in the exhibit hall after 10 p.m. will be discarded)
