Full payment is due within 30 days of submitting your booth/sponsorship application. After September 1, full payment is required at the time of application.
As of March 29th, there will be no refunds for cancellations or reductions in participation. Refunds will not be given for no-shows after the event. Any booth or sponsorship application submitted after March 29, 2019 must be paid in full to be secured and is not eligible for a refund should the exhibitor/sponsor cancel out of the show.
