Remote work is now a "general purpose technology" like electricity or the internet and, as a result, "Employees are designing the workplace of the future." These two statements from Quartz and Tech Crunch reflect the reality of the workplaces we support today. In a little under two years, the future we have been talking about in CoreNet and IFMA for two decades is here and there is no going back. Corporate Real Estate and Facility Professionals need to embed hybrid support in ongoing operations. We will be sharing views and best practices on how tools, empathy and good management can position workplace professionals well for an increasingly accelerating future.
